This website has no forms and no accounts. We handle the information you give us when you call or email, such as your name, address, phone number and a description of the plumbing problem. We use it to dispatch a plumber, give you a price and keep a record of the work.

Calls to our number may be routed and tracked by a call-handling provider so that the line can be answered at any hour. The provider handles call metadata such as the time and the caller number on our behalf.

Website hosting

The website is served by a hosting provider that keeps standard server logs, such as the time of a visit and the page requested. We do not use the site to collect payment details.

Sharing

We share information with the plumber assigned to your job and with service providers that help us run the phone line. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you or ask us to delete it by emailing contact@proplumbingporthueneme.com. California residents may have additional rights under state law, and we will respond to valid requests.
