Terms of Service
These terms describe how you may use this website and what it does and does not promise.
Information on this site
The pages on this website are general information about plumbing. They are not a quote, a diagnosis or a substitute for a plumber looking at your system. Local facts cite the sources named on each page and may change.
Pricing and scheduling
A price is given before work starts and applies to the work described. Same-day appointments are offered when available. We do not promise a specific arrival time, and emergency response depends on traffic and the number of open calls.
Emergencies
If anyone is in danger, call 911. For a gas smell, leave the building and call the gas utility from a safe place before you call us.
Third-party links and sources
We name public agencies and phone numbers for convenience. We do not control those organizations, and their information may change.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made only on the basis of information on this website. Nothing here limits rights you have under California law.
